Typically we don’t hear about two big leaguers or any professional athletes exchanging large sum’s of money. They’ve usually each got plenty.
But former Dodgers pitcher Chan Ho Park has sued former Dodgers catcher Chad Kreuter for an unpaid loan of $460,000 in October of 2005, according to the Associated Press.
Park claims that Kreuter paid back $290,000 in April of 2007. Park is seeking $281,869.73 the unpaid balance, plus interest.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday. Kreuter is currently the head baseball coach at the University of Southern California. He played for the Dodgers from 2000-2003, he was a teammate with Park in the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
Kreuter had a big league career for 17 season, beginning in 1988 with the Texas Rangers, with stop along the way with the Detroit Tigers, Seattle Mariners, Anaheim Angels, Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals. Chan Ho Park went to the World Series with the Phillies in 2009 but is a free agent and has said he likely won’t play in Philadelphia next season.
