Update: Brian Windhorst of the the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports that Ilguaskas will receive $2.8 million over two-years.

Big Z tells Windhorst, ""I've been a loyal soldier for 14 years. I just feel it's time for me to go and chase my dream of winning a ring.

Center Zydrunas Ilgauskas will reportedly sign a two-year contract with the Miami Heat, his agent Herb Rudoy told the Associated Press Tuesday.

Illguaskas has spent each of his 13 seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers, though he was briefly traded to the Washinton Wizards, only to be re-signed by the Cavs last season. He will be re-united with Cavs teammate LeBron James.

According to the report contract would include a player option for the second year. It's likely that Illgauskas will be paid on the NBA veterans minimum pay scale, and his salary will come under the veterans minimum salary salary cap exception.

The Heat have also reportedly are close to adding veteran forward Juwan Howard.
