Grant Hill told reporters today at Madison Square Garden he was “very interested” in joining the Knicks.
“Ive always been a fan of the Knicks and the city. Obviously, theyve gone through a lot the last few years, but Im a big fan of Donnie Walsh and Mike DAntoni, so Im definitely interested. Im just taking it all in.”
The question on how Grant Hill will fit into a young team at age 37 is something that will remain to be seen but obviously not a concern on the Knicks end.
Yes, he’s going to be 37 and you don’t know when he’s going to hit the wall, but he hasn’t hit the wall yet,” Mike D’Antoni said. “If he was 25, we couldn’t get him anyway.”
