Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced Saturday the signing of forward Brian McGrattan.

McGrattan, a native of Hamilton, ON, has played 148 career NHL games accumulating 309 penalty minutes.

Originally selected by the LA Kings in the fourth round of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft (104th overall), the 6’4”, 235 lb right winger has played with both the Ottawa Senators and Phoenix Coyotes.
