Detroit Tigers pitcher Nate Robertson said everything went well with the June 30 surgery to remove four fatty masses from his left elbow. The incision was made along the scar from the Tommy John surgery he had while at Wichita State in 1998.

“I should be back, hopefully, in September,” Robertson said.
