Former Major Leage infielder Mark Grudzielanek has been released by the Minnesota Twins, ending a brief comeback. Grudielanek signed an MiLB contract in July and reported to to Double-A New Britain of the Eastern League. The veteran Infielder appeared in 8 games for the New Britain Rock Cats, collecting 8 Hits – all singles – for a .267 Batting Average. was granted his release by the Rock Cats’ parent organization, the Minnesota Twins. Grudielanek had over 2,000 career hits while a member of four different Major League organizations (Montreal, Chicago, Los Angeles/NL, Kansas City)
