Schaub Expected To Play Sunday

Tennessee Titans v Houston Texans

Texans quarterback Matt Schaub practiced Wednesday despite playing with a sore shoulder. Schaub dislocated the shoulder in Sunday’s 23-18 loss to the Jaguars, and had it popped back into place and returned to the game.

“I’m sure there are more painful things but when it goes from being popped to put back in, yeah, it’s a pretty painful exercise,” Schaub said.

Texans coach Gary Kubiak says that Schaub will play Sunday against Seattle ( 1 pm ET FOX). He will wear a protective brace on his left shoulder.

“He practiced full, took every rep that he would normally take so he’ll be fine. We need to protect him but he’ll be ready to go,” Kubiak said.  Last week against the Jaguars Schaub was sacked twice for a loss of seven yards.
